- Initiate, Cultivate, and Enhance public-private partnerships between industry, academia and government in support of the national security innovation base.
- Facilitate the integration of solutions by creating opportunities and engagements for all factions of the traditional aerospace and defense industry along with non-traditional start-ups and entrepreneurs.
- Advance innovative and disruptive technologies by providing a platform to incubate, accelerate and decrease ‘time to market’ for technologies that support government missions
