The BMC3I TAP Lab: Mission Catalyst Summit is a three-day conference-style event designed to introduce participants to the BMC3I TAP Lab ecosystem. Attendees will hear from government and industry\, learn about mission focus areas\, explore available resources\, and build relationships with potential partners. Col. Greiser – USSFLt. Col. Greiser will discuss recent changes within the BMC3I TAP Lab and what lies ahead following the strategic pause. This session will cover the lab’s renewed direction\, current priorities\, and plans for future technology engagement.  09:30 AM – 10:30 AM Mission Focus Areas and Technology Needs Focus area representatives will introduce the lab’s current mission areas and explain the operational needs behind each one. Speakers will discuss capability gaps\, desired technology outcomes\, and the types of solutions the lab seeks from industry.  10:45 AM – 11:45 AM End-to-End SDA: Data\, Integration\, and Operations Representatives from JCO\, Space Delta 2\, the NSDC\, and the BMC3I TAP Lab will discuss how space domain awareness data moves from collection and integration to operational use. The panel will explore mission roles\, data-sharing needs\, system integration\, operational priorities\, and opportunities for industry technologies to support the full SDA mission.  11:45 AM – 12:30 PM LUNCH  12:30 PM – 04:00 PM Focused Connections Speed Networking Focused Connections Speed Networking gives attendees an opportunity to meet other professionals who share similar mission interests and discuss a specific focus area through a series of short conversations. Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come\, first served basis. Participation can be requested during registration.  12:30 PM – 05:00 PM Subject Matter Expert Consultations Expert Consultations are short\, focused conversations designed to help attendees ask questions and receive guidance on a specific topic. Available topics include IP Strategy\, Legal and Contracts\, Business Development Strategy\, Teaming\, CMMC\, Funding\, and Stage 1 Submission Strategy. Attendees will learn how funding decisions are made\, what companies should expect\, and how SBIR awards support advancement through the program. 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM Teaming Agreements\, Contracts\, and SBIR Data Rights A contracting expert will discuss key considerations for companies forming teams and pursuing funded opportunities. The session will cover teaming agreements\, roles and responsibilities\, contract best practices\, intellectual property\, and SBIR data rights. 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM Building a Strong Stage 1 Submission This session will provide practical guidance for preparing a competitive Stage 1 submission.
