COS Rising: Innovation through Ecosystems
Technology-centric Event Set to Ignite and Showcase Colorado Springs’ Tech Scene
Colorado Springs, CO – July 22, 2024 – Exponential Impact (XI), Catalyst Campus for Technology and Innovation (CCTI), and RISE are thrilled to announce COS Rising: Innovation through Ecosystems, a technology-centric two-day event scheduled for August 1-2, 2024.
COS Rising highlights several key aspects about Colorado Springs, that should not be overlooked: a thriving technology ecosystem, a collaborative environment, an entrepreneurial spirit, veteran leadership, community support, a focus on the future, a commitment to resilience and adaptability, and strong investment potential.
This dynamic gathering will showcase Colorado Springs’ burgeoning technology ecosystem and feature a series of thought-provoking panels, including:
- Ecosystems of Innovation: Building the Foundation for Investment in the Future.
- The Art of Failure: Leveraging Mentorship to Learn from Setbacks to Propel.
- Veterans Leading the Way: Pivoting from Military Service to Technology Entrepreneurship.
- Mindful Innovation and Wellness in Leadership.
- Stories that Inspire: Technology Rising out of CO.
The event will also feature:
- A Shark Tank-style pitch competition showcasing promising local startups.
- Extensive networking opportunities with industry leaders and investors.
- Vide messages from AOL Founder, Steve Case and Colorado Springs Mayor Yemi Mobolade.
- A fireside chat with CO U.S. Senator John Hickenlooper.
The event culminates on August 2 with the Grand Expansion Opening of Exponential Impact’s second location at Weidner Field. This party is made complete with food, drinks, and a DJ, featuring a fireside chat between XI Founder Vance Brown and Colorado’s own Senator John Hickenlooper. AOL Founder, Steve Case will offer a special video message recognizing the innovative spirit of the Colorado Springs ecosystems.
